This is my new bike. (No, I don't need to buy
bell; already came with one!) It does look like it is a couple of degrees shy of being Pee-Wee Herman's, but it is actually a kickin' All-Terrain Bike (ATB).
I will need to get a supply of US style inner tubes, as it has some special French "Presta" valves that are a pain to air up. Think I already have my first bad tube.
Anyway, this is not a "Story of a Man, and His
Bike". (I know you are, but what am I...)

OK, kinda looks cool. Just make sure not to put a basket on the front, or pom poms on the handlebars!
